A total of 100 nominations are filed for Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) elections on Tuesday. As many as 91 nominations are filed by candidates belonging to different political parties.
Warangal: A total of 100 nominations are filed for Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) elections on Tuesday. As many as 91 nominations are filed by candidates belonging to different political parties.
The party- wise break-up is as follows: TRS-50, TDP-3, Congress -10, BJP-6, CPM-3 and independents-19. The candidature of those who filed nominations on behalf of the TRS is yet to be finalised. Wednesday is the last day for filing nominations.
