Speaker notice to TDP defectors
Telangana Assembly Speaker Madhusudana Chary has reportedly issued notices to TDP members who defected to Telangana Rashtra Samithi. According to sources, the speaker served notices to Errabelli Dayakar Rao, K P Vivekananda, T Prakash Goud, S Rajender Reddy and G Sayanna asking them to file a counter within a week on the disqualification petition filed against them by TDP floor leader A Revanth Re
Hyderabad: Telangana Assembly Speaker Madhusudana Chary has reportedly issued notices to TDP members who defected to Telangana Rashtra Samithi. According to sources, the speaker served notices to Errabelli Dayakar Rao, K P Vivekananda, T Prakash Goud, S Rajender Reddy and G Sayanna asking them to file a counter within a week on the disqualification petition filed against them by TDP floor leader A Revanth Reddy.
They have been sent notices through fax and registered post. The speaker is yet to react on the merger petition filed by Errabelli wherein he had claimed that two-thirds of TDP MLAs had quit the party and therefore they should be allowed to merge with the TRS Legislature Party as per Para 4 of Tenth Schedule of the Constitution. Other TDP MLAs who defected to TRS are Talasani Srinivas Yadav (Commercial Taxes Minister), Teegala Krishna Reddy, Machireddy Kishan Reddy, Madhavaram Krishna Rao and Challa Dharma Reddy.
