Officials praised for smooth conduct of SSC exams
District Collector Dr. T. K. Sridevi appreciated the efforts of district officials for their preparedness for the smooth conduct of SSC exams in the district on Monday. All 52,527 students appeared for the SSC exams in about 232 centres across the district without any hurdles.

Earlier on Sunday, the Collector passed orders to the concerned officials of the departments of District Education, Police and Health to be prepared. In view of this, the officials provided all basic amenities like drinking water, toilets, health kits, essential medicines and ORS packets in case of emergency.
“As per government’s directives, we have ensured that the exams are conducted smoothly; the exam papers were distributed in time and officials have taken all necessary steps to overcome any untoward incidents,” informed Sridevi.
