Boy impersonating dad in exam caught

Yellandu (Khammam): In a bizarre incident, a youth was caught impersonating his father to take an examination in Yellandu on Monday. The incident came to light when the chief examiner was checking the hall tickets of the candidates appearing for the exam.

Karthik was attempting to take Open Intermediate examination so that his father, who is said to be a mandal revenue officer (MRO), could get departmental promotion, sources said. It’s learnt that the police took Karthik into custody acting upon the complaint lodged by the examination authorities.
