Mumbai-based Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) India Information Processing Private Limited has come forward to provide infrastructure facilities at ZPHS at Kantathmakur in Parkal Mandal in Warangal district.
Parkal (Warangal): Mumbai-based Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) India Information Processing Private Limited has come forward to provide infrastructure facilities at ZPHS at Kantathmakur in Parkal Mandal in Warangal district. The company as part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative has donated benches, chairs, books, water purifier and built modern toilet and renovated an existing one by spending about four lakh rupees.
The company has responded to an article on the plight of the school in a net magazine, called Indian Mutinies by a NRI called Goparaju Bhavana, who hails from Warangal and now lives in the US. Two months ago, the company representatives have visited the school and recorded the needs of the school.
On Friday, a programme was organised where the company executives have handed over hundreds of books to the school headmistress V Sujatha Devi for the use of students and library, 30 benches and 20 chairs, 60 school bags, shoes and socks to 60 students.
The company General Managers, Chandrashekar Hariharan and Abhay Gadge, Deputy General Managers Deepak and Abhay, the CSR team members Rosy Khurana, Neela Kanteshwar Rao, Lizo George, Shiva Gurnathan, Madhu Mohan and Krishna Rao attended the programme. Speaking on the occasion, Headmistress Sujatha Devi has thanked the company for its kind gesture.
