Drug Control Assistant Director awarded PhD

An Assistant Director of Drugs Control Administration, B Venkateshwarlu of Warangal district has been awarded doctoral degree by Osmania University pharmacy department. He was awarded the Ph D for his thesis in ‘Drug interaction study of some new anti-hypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension’.
Warangal: An Assistant Director of Drugs Control Administration, B Venkateshwarlu of Warangal district has been awarded doctoral degree by Osmania University pharmacy department. He was awarded the Ph D for his thesis in ‘Drug interaction study of some new antihypertensive drugs in patients with hypertension’.
He did research under the supervision of Prof D Jayaprakash of OU Pharmacy department. Venkateshwarlu hails from Ashalapalli village of Sangem mandal in the district and completed his Masters in Pharmacy from Kakatiya University College of Pharmacy. He also served as drug inspector and assistant director at various places and he is currently working in Karimnagar district.
