Sonia approves TPCC body
Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Saturday approved body for Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee. The new PCC body comprises of 13 vice-presidents and 31 general secretaries. The executive committee consists of 35 members while the TPCC Coordination Committee comprises of 31 leaders.

Besides the heads of all frontal organisations, 21 others leaders have been named as permanent invitees. The new vice-presidents of TPCC are: Nandi Yellaiah, Sabitha Indira Reddy, D K Aruna, D Sridhar Babu, Mallu Ravi, Gaddam Prasad Kumar, P Balram Naik, Ponnam Prabhakar, T Nagaiah, P Narasimha Reddy, Abid Rasool Khan, M Ranga Reddy and T Kumar Rao.
The general secretaries are: P Laxman Rao Goud, S Sampath Kumar, C J Srinivas Rao, Jetti Kusum Kumar, Koleti Damodar, H Venugopala Rao, Premlal, MRG Vinod Reddy, P Sravan Kumar Reddy, T Niranjan, Adam Santosh Kumar, Banda Karthika Reddy, Azmathullah Hussaini, Rega Kantha Rao, Sk Afzaluddin, Bollu Kishan, Maqsood Ahmed, Gandrath Sujatha,
Prelatha Agarwal, Gangadhar, Uzma Shakir, Bakka Judson, Sravan Dasoju, Athram Sakku, Kondeti Mallaiah, B Mahesh Kumar Goud, Sujatha, Ravindra Rao, Chidimela Laxminarsimha Rao, Nemella Srinivas and Nagubandi Ram Babu. Guduru Narayana Reddy has been made the TPCC's treasurer.
Leaders of Opposition K Jana Reddy and Mohammed Ali Shabbir, sitting MPs, MLAs and MLCs and former legislators and former MPs are part of the 35-member executive committee.
