Amidst allegations of attacking Tollywood director Puri Jagannath, Cine distributor Muthyala Ramadasu has come forward to clear the rumours. Responding to the allegations, Ramadasu clarified that he has no reason to attack Puri Jagannath and claimed that a false case has been registered against him.

Director Puri Jagannadh approached the police on Sunday and filed a case against three distributors Abhishek, Mutyala Ramadasu and Sudheer for their alleged attack on him. In his complaint, Puri Jagannadh said that he is being blackmailed by the group.

Reports suggest that the director's recent flick 'Loafer' with Varun Tej created good pre-release hype but failed to garner profits to the distributors. Following which the distributors who lost money created a ruckus at Puri Jagannadh's office.

The distributors of Loafer on Monday stated that Puri Jagannath filed a false case on them alleging they had attacked him at his office. Ramdas along with Sudheer and Abhishek addressed the media and said that they had gone to the director's house to request him to compensate the losses incurred due to the movie Loafer but instead got shocked to know that a case has been filed against them later.

Demanding action against Puri Jagannath for filing a false case and misguiding the police, the distributors even said that they are ready to face punishment if proven guilty of charges. Even Producer C Kalyan extended his support to the distributors and said that they were not given any kind of guarantee about the prospects of the movie adding that they are trying to help them out.
