Mir Baquer Ali Rizvi, who hailed from Hyderabad was a football player and had been living in Middlesex in London for some time. In 2015, he was attacked by some locals there in a dispute on racism. 

Hyderabad: A youngster from Mir Alam Mandi in Hyderabad was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a railway station in London. Police suspect that he could be the victim of racist attack. Mir Baquer Ali Rizvi, who hailed from Hyderabad was a football player and had been living in Middlesex in London for some time. In 2015, he was attacked by some locals there in a dispute on racism.

Seriously injured Rizvi came to India for treatment and went back. After going back to London, he lodged a complaint against the persons who had attacked him and the local court there had imposed huge fine on the accused and asked them to pay the fine to Rizvi.

On April 12, Rizvi was found in a pool of blood near Osterly Railway Station in London and before the police could take him to a hospital, Rizvi succumbed to injuries. The London Police communicated the death of Rizvi to the Ministry of Home Affairs on Sunday.
