Questioning KCR as to how the drought conditions will come under control when the Chief Minister sleeps in farm house after making an announcement of the drought-affected regions, the CPM leader blamed KCR for just sticking to announcements and not taking up any initiative for relief operations.
Tammineni further demanded the Telangana government to sanction 10 crore rupees per each mandal that have been affected by the drought conditions.
