Security beefed up for Hanuman Shobha Yatra

​Hyderabad: Central Zone DCP Kamalasan Reddy said elaborate security measures had been in place for the Hanuman Shobha Yatra to be taken out in the city on Friday.
Speaking to the media here on Thursday, Kamalasan Reddy said security measures had been taken up keeping past experiences in view.
He said Hanuman Shobha Yatra would pass through Narayanaguda, Chikkadpally, Musheerabad, Gandhi Nagar and Ramgopalpet police stations limits for eight kilometres covering 25 temples.
He said the police would provide full protection to the temples. A total of 1,500 police personnel would be deployed along with additional forces, he added.
