Hyderabad: In a step forward towards resolving long pending water disputes with Karnataka, Telangana Irrigation Minister T Harish Rao would hold first round of talks with his Karnataka counterpart MB Patil on Rajolibanda Diversion Scheme (RDS) in Bengaluru on Thursday.
Harish Rao recently brought to the notice of the neighbouring state that water has not been released from the inter-state project RDS to the farmers in Mahbubnagar district.
