Birkur (Nizamabad): Birkur Tahsildar Kistaiah Naik said that all the eligible dalits in the mandal would get three acres of land. On Wednesday, he inspected the lands meant to be distributed to the poor dalits on the outskirts of Nagpur in Birkur mandal in the district.
Later, speaking to the media, Naik said that the lands were being inspected on the directive of the Revenue Divisional Officer Shyam Prasad. He said that farmers have come forward to sell 53 acres to the government. Surveyour Gopal, VRO Hanumandlu nd several farmers were present on the occasion.
