Speculations have been doing the rounds that Former minister and BJP senior leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy is likely to leave the party and join Congress. According to the reports, Nagam was not satisfied with high command and was in talks with the Congress high command believing that the party was having the chances of reviving well in future.

However, putting an end to all the speculation, Nagam Janardhan Reddy stated that there was no question of him resigning from BJP. Addressing the media in Hyderabad on Saturday, the BJP leader said that the rumours of him quitting the party were false, adding that he would be continuing to work for BJP.

Nagam, earlier had resigned from the Telugu Desam Party and later joined the BJP. But since the 2014 elections, the BJP leader was away from the limelight which led to the rumours of him leaving the party.
