As the Central government exempting few states from the national test, NEET, for this year, Telangana is conducting entrance test for filling seats in the convener quota of private medical colleges and government colleges.

The Telangana Eamcet for MBBS and BDS seats in the 10 districts of the state will be conducted on July 9 and online registrations would begin from June 1 until June 7. Post the last date, a late fee ranging from Rs 500 to Rs 10,000 is to be paid for the students to apply for the exam.

The registration fee is Rs 250 for SCs and STs with Rs 500 for others. Hall tickets can be downloaded from July 2 onwards and the exam would be held from 10 AM to 1 PM. The results for the Telangana Eamcet will be announced on July 14.
