Ahead of second Telangana Formation Day celebrations on June 2, the opposition TDP is set to face another jolt. The lone Telugu Desam MP elected from Malkajgiri Parliamentary constituency in Telangana State, Ch Malla Reddy is likely to join TRS on Wednesday.
Hyderabad: Ahead of second Telangana Formation Day celebrations on June 2, the opposition TDP is set to face another jolt. The lone Telugu Desam MP elected from Malkajgiri Parliamentary constituency in Telangana State, Ch Malla Reddy is likely to join TRS on Wednesday.
The educationist-turned-political leader would quit TDP before joining TRS in the presence of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao at camp office.
Speculation is rife for the last two years that Reddy would join Telangana party. However, the leader consumed more time due to local political equations. The TDP- BJP combine won two seats in 2014 i.e. Union Minister Bandaru Dattatraya and TDP’s Malla Reddy.
