B Tech boy’s organs donated
He was rushed to a local hospital and later to Global Hospital at Lakdi-ka-pool in Hyderabad. But on June 6 Seema Tarun was declared brain dead.
Hyderabad: Seema Tarun Rayudu 20 year old B.Tech student of Gopanpally village under Bichkund Mandal of Gopanpally village , met with an accident while traveling by a motorbike along with his friend on June 3.
He was rushed to a local hospital and later to Global Hospital at Lakdi-ka-pool in Hyderabad. But on June 6 Seema Tarun was declared brain dead.
On a brief counseling given by the jeevan Dhan coordinator, the deceased’s father Seema Gangaram and mother Yashoda agreed to donate the vital organs of Tarun Rayudu to the Jeevandan.
Accordingly six organstwo kidneys one liver two heart valves one lung were extracted from the deceased’s body on June 7 and they were distributed to patients as per the guidelines framed by various sub committees.
The Jeevandan appreciated the gesture of family members of Seema Tarun Rayudu of donating his organs to saving precious lives.
