Speaking on the occasion, district BJP president P Shankar lashed out at the Chief Minister who came to power on the plank of creating Bangaru Telangana, but instead, causing a lot of hardship to the people by enhancing the prices of bus tickets and electricity.
People were already reeling under drought, he lamented. BJP leader Venugopal and others were present. Police intervened and sent them away.
