22 persons injured in 3 accidents.
About 22 persons were injured in three different accidents that took place in Nakrekal Assembly constituency on Friday. According to the police, a private bus bound to Vijayawada turned upside down at Mutyalamma Gudem of Kattangur mandal while trying to overtake another vehicle in the early hours of Friday.

According to the police, a private bus bound to Vijayawada turned upside down at Mutyalamma Gudem of Kattangur mandal while trying to overtake another vehicle in the early hours of Friday.
About 13 passengers were injured and Kattangur police shifted them to Narketpally Kamineni hospital for treatment.
In an another incident that took place on Friday early hours at Chekati Gudem of Ketepally, a speeding lorry, after overtaking a Vijayawada-bound RTC bus moved left and hit the bus cabin.
Two bus passengers were severely injured were shifted to Hyderabad while another seven with mild injuries were admitted in Suryapet Area hospital for treatment.
In yet another incident, a speeding Tavera vehicle, heading towards Hyderabad, hit a parked DCM at rear side at Nakrekal bypass road. Three passengers of the Tavera were escaped with minor injuries. Police registered three accident cases and investigating.
Nakrekal CI Subbirama Reddy said all the three accidents were occurred due to over speed and violated traffic rules. He advised the vehicle drivers to maintain speed limits and follow traffic rules, while driving and halting on NH-65 to avoid accidents
