Light to moderate showers till Friday
According to the Met forecast, light to moderate rain/thundershowers are likely to occur at a many places in Telangana from August 3 to 5. No major change during the subsequent three days is the weather outlook.
Hyderabad: There was five cm of rainfall in Doma of Ranga Reddy district during the last 24 hours ending at 8.30 am on Tuesday, apart from Adilabad, Karimnagar, Mahbubnagar and Khammam districts the Met department bulletin said Rainfall recorded (in cm) in the State were: Sirpur 4, Sarangapur, Kollapur, Achampet, Wanaparthy 3 each, Kondurg, Chinna Chintakunta, Nagarkurnool, Burgampad, Parigi, Palem, Manugur and Ghattu 2 each. There was one cm rain each in Dummugudem, Alampur, Sathupalle, Tandur, Makthal, Enkuru, Jurala Project, Bhadrachalam and
Narayanpet.

It said the low pressure area over the north Bay of Bengal and neighbourhood now lies over the north-west Bay off the West Bengal coast and off north Odisha coast.
