Hyderabad: Justice Suresh Kumar Kait of the High Court at Hyderabad on Wednesday granted exemption from personal appearance to TDP MLA Revanth Reddy before the investigation officer of the ACB every Monday in cash-for-vote scam case.
The judge was dealing with a petition filed by the MLA seeking relaxation of the condition imposed earlier while granting the bail. The judge was informed that the investigation was completed and a charge-sheet was also filed. The judge dismissed a petition of the ACB seeking cancellation of bail to the TDP MLA contending that he violated the conditions of bail.
