Digvijay comments on TS cops deplorable: TRS MLA

Speaking to presspersons here on Monday, he demanded the Congress leader immediate withdrawal of the comments and tender unconditional apology to Telangana police. Being a senior politician it was unbecoming of Digvijay Singh to make such comments without any evidence, he stated.
The MLA stated that the across the nation Telangana police has been receiving accolades for its efficiency. Now a person, who held chief minister position, was making such ‘mindless’ and irresponsible comments could damage the morale of the police, he worried. As a mark of protest, large number of TRS workers led by the MLA took out a rally in the streets of the city, raising slogans against Digvijay Singh and burnt his effigy at University Chowrastha.
