The valedictory function of 92nd Advance Navigation Course (ANC) and 124 Ab Initio Navigation Course was organised on Saturday evening at Navigation Training School (NTS), Air Force Station, Begumpet. Air Vice Marshal G Amar Prasad Babu, Deputy Commandant, Air Force Academy, was the chief guest. Air Commodore C K Kumar, Air-Officer-Commanding, Air Force Station Begumpet, was also present.

Hyderabad: The valedictory function of 92nd Advance Navigation Course (ANC) and 124 Ab Initio Navigation Course was organised on Saturday evening at Navigation Training School (NTS), Air Force Station, Begumpet. Air Vice Marshal G Amar Prasad Babu, Deputy Commandant, Air Force Academy, was the chief guest. Air Commodore C K Kumar, Air-Officer-Commanding, Air Force Station Begumpet, was also present.

NTS is one of the prestigious training institutions of the Indian Air Force and has been imparting advanced navigation skills for select navigators of the Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard and train them to become Qualified Navigation Instructors. Group Capt Kunal Kala, Commanding Officer of Navigation Training School, expressed happiness over the successful completion of the courses. Chief Navigation Instructor Wing Commander AK Yadav read the course reports.

Meritorious flight cadets of the 124 Ab Initio Navigation Course were also awarded trophies, medals and certificates during the function. The flight cadets, who also have completed their training at NTS, would be commissioned as officers into the Indian Air Force during the Combined Graduation Parade to be held at Air Force Academy, Dundigal on June 17.
