It is possible by entering the entire details of procurement from farmers in to the data base. Farmers are able to get the Minimum Support Price assured by the government in time and it helps in removing the role of middlemen.

Vijay Kumar Choube visited Command Control Centre in Civil Supplies Bhavan on Thursday and met Civil Supplies Corporation Command Control Officials. By interacting with Officials he discussed the managing process of ground level paddy purchasing. During the discussion he said that he came to see Command Controls performance in stopping the illegal transport of PD Rice. Command Control Centre in Telangana Civil Supplies Department is very good. In Jharkhand state also we will introduce digital weighing machine in all the ration shops, he said.

Choube said, “in Jharkhand annually 40 Lakh Metric Tons of paddy is produced. The millers directly purchase the entire paddy. Telangana Civil Supplies Corporation Officials explained that in Rabi season Civil Supplies Corporation purchased 37.54 Lakh Metric Tons of paddy worth of Rs. 5500 crores from 7 Lakh farmers through 3100 paddy purchase centers.
