No trace of kidnapped Telangana medical student even after five days
The missing case of doctor from Telangana who is working in Delhi is yet to be cracked. The medical PG student, Dr Akkala Srikanth Goud went missing on Thursday night after being dropped at Lakshmi Nagar Metro Station.
The missing case of doctor from Telangana who is working in Delhi is yet to be cracked. The medical PG student, Dr Akkala Srikanth Goud went missing on Thursday night after being dropped at Lakshmi Nagar Metro Station.
A native of Gadwal in Telangana, Srikanth was kidnapped by a Ola Cab driver who demanded Rs 5 crore ransom. While the Delhi Police have registered a ‘kidnap for ransom’ case in this connection, they are yet to get a breakthrough even after five days.
The family members of Srikanth have expressed anguish over the delay in rescuing him from kidnappers.
Union Minister Bandaru Dattatreya has spoken to the Delhi Police Commissioner about the progress on the case. While the Police Commissioner informed him on the leads established on the kidnap, the search is still on to find Srikanth.
