Talasani dares Cong for debate

Hyderabad: Animal Husbandry Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav challenged the TPCC leaders to come for a debate on the Metro Rail works issue.
Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, he said that the Congress party was making baseless allegations against the government and was trying to portray as if the TRS government had deliberately delayed the project.
The Minister said that the realignment of the routes was made at certain places only for better connectivity and quality. He said the Congress party which has lost its existence in the State was trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill.
The main opposition party is groping in darkness and is not able to digest the development that was taking place at a fast pace in the state, the minister said.
He refuted the allegation that an additional burden of Rs 3,500 crore has been put on the exchequer due to delay in completion of Metro works.
