Hyderabad: BJP Floor Leader in the State G Kishan Reddy targeted Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for his overconfidence after the TRS-affiliated union’s victory in Singareni trade union elections.

Addressing the press conference here on Saturday, G Kishan Reddy said, "What prominence state BJP enjoys in Telangana, the TRS party would come to know in 2019 elections; until then TRS party should not jump to conclusions".

Hitting out at Chandrashekar Rao's remarks over Prof Kondandram , Kishan Reddy said, " It’s unethical on the part of Chief Minister to address the party people in an uncivilised language as 'vaadu' and 'veedu'.

He also said that State BJP unit would organise a peace rally on October 9 from Indira Park to CPI (M) office to protest against the killings of RSS and BJP workers in Kerala.

The programme would start at 10 am and would be attended by all the BJP leaders from State. BJP challenge to KCR The State BJP unit congratulated TRS affiliated Trade union TBGKS over its decisive win in Singareni Employees union elections.

However, Krishna Saagar Rao, BJP spokesperson took a dig at Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for his overconfidence after the election which was evident from his marathon press conference.

Krishna Saagar Rao challenged the TRS party and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao to conduct a fresh by-poll election in over 28 Assembly seats across Telangana.
