Hyderabad: MicroPort Scientific on Friday announced its entry into the Indian markets of orthopaedic implants with its full range of globally acclaimed products.
The launch is a major step in the direction of becoming a key player in the medical devices space in the country, with MicroPort’s cardiovascular stent range having already made its mark in India.
MicroPort aptly announced this launch in Hyderabad on the eve of AACH 2018, Annual Arthroplasty Conference slated to take place at Hyderabad International Convention Center on February 24 and 25.
Managing Director, MicroPort India Riyaz Desai said “Our much-awaited orthopaedic implant portfolio is now in India and we are extremely excited about it that within one year of our operations in India, this is our second big launch. MicroPort’s ortho recon range for knees and hips is highly advanced with many unique features.
