Provide all facilities for devotees during Brahmotsavam
Sub-Collector Pamela Sathpathy directed all the officials of concerned departments to make fool-proof arrangements for the Brahmotsavalu, to be commenced from March 18.
Bhadrachalam: Sub-Collector Pamela Sathpathy directed all the officials of concerned departments to make fool-proof arrangements for the Brahmotsavalu, to be commenced from March 18.
She held a review meeting with Sri Sita Ramachandra Swamy Temple Executive Officer K Prabhakar Srinivas and other district officials at her office here on Tuesday.
Since large number of devotees from both the Telugu states and neighbouring states will visit the place to witness the main events like celestial wedding of Lord Rama and Sita, Sri Rama Pattabhishekam, she told the officials to provide all facilities. Especially, there should be drinking water facility for the devotees.
The officials were told to set up drinking water centres at all main centres like bus stand, railway station and in the temple premises. The Sub-Collector told the temple officials to open separate counters for selling talambralu and prasadam.
