Hyderabad : Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan has expressed deep shock at the sudden demise of former Governor of Maharashtra, Former Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Idris Hasan Latif.
"Air Chief Marshal Latif had the unique distinction of serving with three different air forces, the Royal Indian Air Force, Royal Air Force and Indian Air Force and participated in several battles including the World War II. I offer my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family," the Governor said in his message.
