Brace up for early polls, Uttam tells Congressmen
Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Friday called upon party workers to be ready to face early elections and get enrolled in the Shakthi App of the party.
Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee president N Uttam Kumar Reddy on Friday called upon party workers to be ready to face early elections and get enrolled in the Shakthi App of the party.
Addressing the presidents of party mandal units through the Congress Human Resources Management System (CHARMS), he said that as many as 1,000 should be enrolled from each mandal in the Shakthi App.
He instructed the mandal presidents to appoint committees, each comprising 14 members, in all the booths. He said that each booth should have a social media coordinator and party workers should use social media extensively. He said that with the appointment of committees at the booth-level, the party would become strong in each mandal.
He said that cadre should be ready to face the elections whenever they are held. He said that the teleconference held through the CHARM system was successful and added that it would help to send messages quickly.
