Khammam: Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is ruling the State as per the aspirations and dreams of Telangana people and is leading the State towards achieving Bangaru Telangana by developing it in all sectors, stated MP Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy here on Thursday.

Speaking to the media persons at his camp office in Khammam, the MP said entire nation is looking towards Telangana because of enormous development that occurred in the reign of TRS government under the leadership of KCR.

Uninterrupted power supply, Rythu Bandhu and Rythu Bhima schemes, minimum support price for the produce and with the implementation of many welfare schemes for all sections of society, the Telangana State has become role model for other states, he added.

Massive ‘Rythu Rally’ with 20,000 farmers and farm labourers in more than 1,000 tractors along with other vehicles will begin on August 31 in Khammam at 1pm and will reach the Nalgonda by night and on September 1 the rally will begin again and will reach the meeting venue, he informed.

He appealed the party activists and leaders to attend the Pragati Nivedhana Sabha in large number and make it a grand success. MLA Puvvada Ajay Kumar said people are preparing themselves for attending the Pragati Nivedhana Sabha voluntarily. About 1.50 lakh people will be mobilised for the meeting. Entire nation is waiting, to see how the meeting is going to be organised.

The meeting is going to create history, he added. TRS State General Secretary Thakkalapalli Ravinder, MLC Balasani Lakshminarayana, State Industries Development Corporation chairman Budan Baig, district convenor of Farmers’ Coordination Committee Nallamalla Venkateshwarlu, city Mayor Dr. Papa Lal and DCCB chairman Muvva Vijay Babu were present in the press meet.
