Bhadrachalam: On account of Sri Krishna Janamashtami celebrations Lord Rama temple conducted many programmes here in the temple town. On Tuesday, the priests conducted special pujas at the temple. A procession was also taken out by the priests with the festival deities at Raja Veedhi.
During the procession, the competition of breaking the Utti( the earthen pot filled with athukulu, jaggery and other items) was conducted in the temple town. The youth competed with each other with enthusiasm to break the Utti.
