Narayankhed: TPCC Member and Congress Party In charge, Dr Sanjeev Reddy demanded that the government should provide Rs 15,000 per acre to the farmers in the constituency as a Compensation. Addressing the media, here on Friday, he said that farmers lost their investment due to shortage of rains.
Farmers cultivated crops like cotton, cereals and other grains but the crops dried up due to lack of water, he said. He demanded that that government should act immediately and save the lives of poor farmers as their condition is miserable. Bhoji Reddy, Pandari Reddy ,Vinod Patel and others were present.
