Dug up road-side nala posing threat to residents

Jeedimetla: A dug up road-side nala in front of a wine shop here is posing a threat to local residents with officials, Traffic police and the shop management adopting a negligent attitude. The residents and wine shop customers while speaking to The Hans India wonder why officials are so casual about acting during the last three months although the board put up by the Traffic police is found lying in the nala.

The area is usually crowded with people consuming liquor. Although the shop attracts many customers its owners appear to be totally indifferent to the dangers posed by the nala. The residents have appealed to officials and Traffic police to at least now take action to prevent any threat to the road-users.
