Corporator Manne Kavitha Reddy inspects ‘Basti Dawakhana’

Punjagutrta: Recently GHMC inaugurated many ‘Basti Dawakhanas’ to provide medical treatment for people living in slums.

However, the staff’s indifference attitude led to closure of many dawakhanas and also those operational are in pathetic conditions.

To keep a check on the employees of dawakhanas, Manne Kavitha Reddy, 92-Division corporator, along with local senior TRS leaders and hospital members inspected the facilities being provided at the Basti Dawakhana in Prathapnagar at Punjagutta on Tuesday.
