Karimnagar: Several irregularities have been taking place in various departments under the ruling of Narendra Modi-led BJP government, alleged Communist Party of India State Secretary Chada Venkat Reddy.

Speaking at a press meet here at Baddam Yellareddy Bhavan on Tuesday, he came heavily on the BJP government. The four senior judges of supreme court stating that ‘Democracy in danger’ at a press meet recently clearly shows how the BJP government ruling the country.

Not only that, the involvement of CBI officials in corruption shows how corruption is deep rooted in various fields in the country, he pointed out. Where is the slogan ‘Good Governance- Self Governance’ given by Narendra Modi? There is no security for girl child across the nation and no meaning in ‘Beti Bachao-Beti Padao’ scheme introduced by the BJP government, Chada criticised.

“We have very strong cadre in about 40 constituencies and kept our proposals in front of the Congress to allot nine seats in various constituencies and are not going to adjust with just two or three seats,” the CPI leader clarified.

Chada said that he will contest from Husnabad constituency only if he was given a chance and added that he will reject if he was allotted Ramagundam constituency but will not contest. CPI leaders Komatireddy Gopal Reddy, P Kedari, M Anil Kumar, N Raju, T Sammaiah, P Srinivas, K Manikunta Reddy, B Thirupathi, K Buchhanna, B Mallaiah and N Srinivas were present.
