Parigi: ABVP state executive member V Saikiran Goud on Sunday demanded that the new Chief Minister should fill up all the vacancies of teaching positions in Telangana universities. He should pass an order to fill almost two lakh vacancies, which have been pending in the state.
Scholarships should be increased up to Rs 12, 000 and free bus pass facility should also be extended to all students and measures be taken to curb exploitation in private colleges, he demanded. The students released a manifesto of Telangana students and employees here on Sunday. Activists Srikanth, Srinivas, Srisailam, Naresh and others were present.
