He further added that this time the Congress high command took proper care in selection of candidates by taking the intelligence reports, surveys and opinions of party workers through Shakti App into consideration, and the exercise will yield positive results.

Komatireddy opined that Congress high command will do justice to all leaders, who were denied tickets for various reasons and who could not get accommodated due to alliance with TDP, CPI and TJS. He informed that all alliance parties of Mahakutami were intact and committed to defeat the KCR-led TRS.  The Congress leader informed that the respective heads of alliance parties were creating awareness among party workers on importance of vote sharing to bring the Mahakutami to power in the State.

Komatireddy condemned the comments of KCR and KTR over Congress and TJS, and stated that Professor Kodandaram voluntarily decided not to contest the election and chose to play a key role election campaign besides policy decisions if Kutami forms the government.

Stating that all neglected sections in the reign of TRS, including employees, unemployed youth, women, minorities, SCs and STs would get a new lease of life under Congress government, he urged the people of the State to support Congress, which granted the separate State. Condemning the charges levelled by KCR and KTR against Telugu Desam supremo Chandrababu Naidu’s interference in governance, Komatireddy advised the people to not to get carried away by sugar-coated words of TRS leaders.

The Congress leader listed out the failures and pending poll promises of TRS government and explained the plans and assurances made in the Congress election manifesto for the welfare of poor and progress of the State. He predicted that Congress and alliance parties TDP, TJS and CPI will win 90 to 100 seats and form the government on December 12.

He appealed to the people to support Kutami partners in the interest of State. “KCR with dictatorial attitude gagged the voices of opposition parties in and outside the Assembly and further suspended the Congress MLAs undemocratically,” he underlined.

Komati further alleged that KCR was spending huge amounts earned through kickbacks in irrigation projects and Mission Bhagiratha scheme to defeat Congress leaders. He stated that the cheap tricks by TRS will not work in the State including in his Nalgonda Assembly constituency this time and the party would be reduced to zero in the ensuing elections.
