Last date for withdrawing nominations today

 The last date for withdrawing nominations is today for Telangana assembly elections.  Candidates who are willing to withdraw nominations can take away them by 3 pm. 

Around 762 including 24 independent candidates filed nominations from the 24 constituencies in Greater Hyderabad. Of them, 128 nominations were rejected by EC and the nominations will be withdrawn from the remaining 634.

Most of the leaders from Mahakutami and TRS filed independently after they were denied the party ticket. However, the party representatives are trying to pacify the leaders to withdraw nomination as it would effect on the party victory.
