Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) Election Campaign Committee convener and Khairatabad People’s Front contestant Dr Sravan Dasoju and Greater Hyderabad Congress Committee (GHCC) President & Former Parliamentarian M Anjan Kumar Yadav took part in campaign by offering special prayers at Tirumala Tirupathi Devastanam (TTD) and held a huge bike rally in the entire Himayath Nagar division.
He noticed several issues pertaining to double-bed room houses. Dr Sravan reminded that the government had affirmed to construct 2 lakh houses in the span of 5 years but they have confined only to 12,000 houses which are still on-going in the entire state.
Dr Sravan slammed caretaker minister KT Rama Rao for his failure administration in the city and questioned what has happened to his 100 day strategic road development plan? Dr Sravan also asked how KTR would campaign for a person who never participated in the Telangana statehood movement and instead he worked against the formation of Telangana.
Morally, ethically Danam has no right to use the name ‘Telangana’, he is a Udyama Drohi. KTR campaigning for such a person reflects his cheap politics towards power. Dr Sravan, as part of his door-to-door campaign, visited Meer Osman Ali Khan Tomb at King Koti and offered his special prayers.
Speaking to media he told that with the inspiration of Osman Ali Khan, he would continue to fight for the upliftment of poor and downtrodden. He urged the people to give him a chance to work for the development of Khairatabad by carrying the vision and legacy of former legislator people’s leader PJR.
Dr Sravan interacted with the people by participating in their daily activities and having lunch with public remained attractive in the campaign.
Speaking to the media persons, former Parliamentarian and Hyderabad city Congress President M Anjan Kumar Yadav claimed that whatever the development happened so far took place only during the regime of erstwhile Congress government.
The prestigious project Hyderabad Metro Rail (HMRL) was almost completed by Congress government. He also mentioned that not a single promise was fulfilled by TRS government. He appealed the people to be aware of TRS and BJP’s mind game and support Sravan’s candidature.
