The twin cities witnessed development during TDP and Congress rule, during which the elected worked in tune with the ideals of NT Rama Rao, Dr Ambedkar and Babu Jagjivan Ram, asserted Kuna Venkatesh Goud contesting on Maha Kutami ticket for Sananth Nagar Assembly constituency

Castigating Talasani Srinivas Yadav, who was elected on TDP symbol and later joined TRS party, Venkatesh Goud said Srinivas Yadav had no right to ask for votes and appealed to the electorate to hand over defeat to him.
Acknowledging the reverence, Sanath Nagar electorate gave to TDP, Venkatesh appealed to elect him with huge Majority.
Earlier in the day during the election campaign, the TDP polit bureau member Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy, Hyderabad TDP president MN Srinivas and a large number of party workers participated.
Venkatesh appealed to the people to attend in large numbers in the road show to be organised at Satyam Theatre in Ameerpet circle on Wednesday at 5.30 pm.
He asked the people to make the road show, which would be addressed jointly by Congress president Rahul Gandhi and TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu, a grand success.
