Jeedimetla: Congress leader and star campaigner Vijayashanti on Thursday called upon voters of Quthbullapur constituency to elect Kuna Srisailam Goud, who had been striving for development of the area, with a big majority.
Speaking during road shows in Rangareddy Nagar and Gandhi Nagar, in which a large number of People’s Front leaders and activists participated, she called upon youth to vote in favour of PF to ensure the well being of Telangana and its development, besides welfare of society.
Vijayashanti asserted that people had suffered during the over four year rule of TRS. She accused the pink party of looting the State. ‘It is time to put an end to the TRS loot and dump it in the Musi’, she observed in an emotional tone. The former star quipped that voting for TRS would only benefit the family of four, referring to KCR’s kin. She also hit out at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of not doing anything for Telangana.
