Kuna Srisailam surges ahead in campaign
As part of his intensified campaigning, Peoples Front candidate Kuna Srisailam Goud toured Bhagat Singhnagar, Sivanagar, Sainagar, Chandranagar of Chintal division on Sunday
Quthbullapur: As part of his intensified campaigning, People’s Front candidate Kuna Srisailam Goud toured Bhagat Singhnagar, Sivanagar, Sainagar, Chandranagar of Chintal division on Sunday. He met the voters and tried to convince them to vote for the Congress symbol. Among those present were Chintal division president Basavaraju, former ZP vice-chairman Lakshma Reddy, Bandi Swamy Goud, Sai Yadav and Srisailam Yadav.
Addressing a gathering in Bachupally, after taking out a huge bike rally, Srisailam Goud and Kolanu Hanmanth Reddy appealed for support to ensure that the TRS nominee would not contest again. Those who took part in the rally included Yuddham Reddy, Rama Goud. At a programme held in Pragathinagar under the leadership of Brahmayya support was extended to Srisailam. Among those present at the programme were former minister Kondru Murali, TDP leaders Kolanu Hanmanth Reddy, Nayudu, Kondayya Chowdary, Mekala Venkatesh, Yenugula Srinivas Reddy and Narsimha Reddy. A meeting of residents of several colonies was organised in a garden under Kolanu Hanmanth Reddy’s leadership. The residents extended their support to the PF candidate.
Srisailam Goud also campaigned inside Super Max (Topaz) near the Jeedimetla RTC bus depot urging the workers leaving premises to extend their support. They announced backing to PF in the presence of Lakshma Reddy. Meanwhile, State Youth Congress leader Kuna Srinivas Goud canvassed in several localities including Subashnagar for Srisailam. Those present included Suman and Balram Reddy. Srisailam Goud’s brother, Kuna Jaikumar Goud, led the campaign in TNR Garden, Godavari Homes, Gayatrinagar, along with Prabhakar Reddy, Bandi Srinivas, Revanth, along with Jaikumar Goud. In Shapurnagar market, Goud’s family members met every voter, appealing to them to back the PF nominee. The members included Kuna Divya Kumar Goud, Swathi Goud, Saicharan Goud, Krishna Goud, Prabhu, Srinivas, Venkatesh. Goud also canvassed support in Nehrunagar and other localities.
