He participated in a road show at Gandhi Chowrastha in Jammikunta on Tuesday, where he was accorded a grand welcome by the locals and thousands of people participated in the road show that continued towards Jammikunta headquarters.
Addressing the public, he said that people blessed him and made an MLA, when he asked them for votes with pink flag 17 years ago. ‘Since then I have been striving hard for the development of the constituency.’
He said that after severe struggles, we have achieved separate Statehood for Telangana to get rid of the problems that have been prevailing across the State. But the leaders of Opposition parties are trying to lure the people with money and fake promises. People must not believe them.
“Opposition leaders are alleging that I am distributing money and liquor and complained to the police, who conducted raids in my house. I am not such kind of person, who will distribute money and liquor to get votes. If anyone can prove that I am distributing money, I will withdraw form elections and politics also,” he challenged.
Why not Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu implementing Kalyana Lakhsmi and Shaadi Mubarak scheme in his State? Is he not concerned about the women in his State? he questioned.
Eatala said that he is a person of fancy ideas and will not wear rings, chains and bracelets. Struggled hard and went to jail for participating in separate Telangana movement and can understand the problems of the people and will try to solve them, he promised.
The TRS candidate suggested the public to take money from the Opposition leaders, if they are distributing, but think wisely and vote for such a candidate, who will be available round-the-clock and will solve their problems.
