BJP activists led by Baghamberpet BJP president Chukka Jagan organised Swachh Bharat programme on Tuesday on the occasion of 94th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee
Baghamberpet: BJP activists led by Baghamberpet BJP president Chukka Jagan organised Swachh Bharat programme on Tuesday on the occasion of 94th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee. As part of the programme, BJP activists cleaned the streets from Red Building Cross Roads to Bharath Nagar and Turabnagar Streets. They also cleared garbage lying on the roads. Speaking on the occasion, Chukka Jagan said that the former prime minister’s political life had been inspirational to many politicians.
Lauding his efforts to raise the image of India, Jagan said that the former prime minister had strived to maintain cordial relations with the neighboring countries including Pakistan. To enhance national security, he conducted nuclear test and ensured that India stands tall among developing nations. He urged youth to tread the path shown by him.
Among those who participated in the programme were general secretary of city BJP Dr N Gautham Rao, BJP leaders P Govardhan Reddy, E Ajay Kumar, Dattu Mudhiraj, J Balaraju, D Shantamma, E Balakrishna, Sai Thakur, Sanjeev Kumar, M Mahesh, T Pochaiah, Sandeep, D Ramesh, L Srinivas, Sudhakar Goud and others.
