Metro passenger hails HMR services for retrieving her forgotten bag

A metro passenger Rohini Rao hailed the services of Hyderabad Metro Rail for helping her to get back her forgotten bag which contained valuable things.

Rao forgot her bag at SR Nagar metro station at the ticket counter while she was on a visit to Numaish. When she was alerted, she returned back to the station four hours after the incident and Rao was surprised to notice the metro staff kept her bag safely.

"When I came to the station after four hours, the ticket counter staff directed to go to security where I found my bag," said Rao in a message thanking the services of HMR. She also said that the bag contained Rs 12,000 worth two silk sarees.
