Corporator inspects drainage works

Mallapur: Corporator Pannala Devender Reddy, along with officials concerned, inspected the underground drainage (UGD) works at Babanagar in the division on Friday. He advised the officials and contractor to expedite the works without compromising on the quality. Devender also told them to complete the UGD works without causing any inconvenience to the local residents. 

He said that most sewage problems in Balanagar would be solved with the newly-started works. The corporator said that under the aegis of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Working President KT Rama Rao (KTR), they are developing the division with all the basic facilities. He said the state government’s prestigious ‘Kanti Velugu’ programme has been receiving an overwhelming response from the local people.
