Youth who tried to tear nation flag held in Hyderabad

An 18-year-old youngster was arrested on Saturday for allegedly trying to tear the national flag here at Necklace Road.

According to the police, the youth who was in an inebriated state tried to tear the national flag that was kept at Necklace Road after paying tributes to CRPF soldiers. The youth is said to be hailing from Mumbai.

People who saw him tearing the flag caught hold of him and thrashed him. Later he was handed over to the police.
