15th Finance Commission chairman NK Singh visits Charminar, savours Irani Chai

  Hyderabad:Charminar saw the attendance of few high profile visitors, here on Tuesday. The 15th Finance Commission chairman NK Singh on his two-day visit to Telangana visited the historic monument along with  his team.  They were hosted by GHMC Commissioner Dana Kishore. The Commission members saw the progress of the ongoing Charminar Pedestrianisation Project and savoured the famous Hyderabadi Irani Chai.

They visited a photo exhibition of the Musi River Beautifucation Project with the GHMC Commissioner explaining its features and  revival techniques for the river. 

The team even visited the picturesque Falaknuma Palace before they left to Public Gardens for a meeting with Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao and other senior officials.
